We go quite regularly and this year it seemed to be more popular than ever. Long queue to park them long queue to get tickets until they opened 3 more ticket booths. Unfortunately we were near the front of the queue when they did that. It's first and foremost an agricultural show so, if you're up from south of the border, don't expect many trade stalls. No plants, clothing, garden furniture or ornaments. But there are some craft and food stalls.

Black Isle Show is a great event for all ages and not just for the farming community! The price of a ticket is very steep when it literally is just an entry fee, you still have to pay for all rides, food and drink. Lots of animals to see, rides to go on, stalls to peek at and food choices!

Wonderful day out with loads to see from farm machinery to livestock. Sheep sheering demonstration was excellent. Stunt bikes and quads in the main ring very good.

Great to go back after a few years absence. Plenty of things to see and the weather was kind but was disappointed with having to queue for an hour to get food from the stalls. Perhaps more food vendors next time? Otherwise enjoyed it.

Walk from car park to show ground was lengthy. Pity an area couldn't be reserved for us more senior persons. As regards the show it was enjoyable but it needs revitalising instead of the same old routine.

Very very good day out either with friends or family. Lots to see, buy and eat. Even if you're not from the countryside or a farm it's still great to explore and see the machines and livestock.
